14 Dec. 2011 Wednesday, Day 4

I have noon duty all week this week (Dec. 12 - 16) so extra help will only be available in the morning and after school unless you get it down stairs in my duty room.  Next week I will have "early" morning duty.

Period #3 History 7 and 8 - Quiz on Friday, Dec. 16  on Chapter 5.1(a and b). This will cover both the Chaldean and Assyrian Empires.  Please study this time.
We went over 5.1b on the Chaldean Empire again today.Tomorrow we will start on the Persian Empire. On Monday we will be "Building an Empire" with Peter Weller - every bodies favorite hero.

HW: Find a "good" TV ad to study in class. Write down the URL or site for the ad, along with the title. I will give you until Monday, Dec. 19  to complete your research. You can bring it in on a memory stick if you would like or email it to me.
